For the MPU (Manufacturing Production Unit) New IPV (Polio Vaccine), we are looking to recruit a Supervisor Quality, Learning & Technical Services .
In this role, you will ensure Training and Learning follow up, create and follow KPI’s for GPS (GSK Production System) visual Management, increase capacity of deviation management, coordinate Change Controls in a continuous improvement et simplification focus.
The job also contains the role of Process Owner and L1 Auditor
· You ensure that learning matrix are up to date.
· You monitor training KPI’s and organize transversal training sessions inside the Technical Services (TS) organisation
· You generate and update TS KPI’s
· You manage technical deviations
· You coordinate eCC
· You manage access to the equipment owned by TS, and review Audit trails
· You realize L1 Quality and EHS audits
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
· 3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical company
· Experience in a technical environment is an asset.
· Knowledge in cGMP procedures and EHS rules is a must
· Good Learning agility
· Fluent in French, good knowledge of English
If you have the following characteristics it would be a plus:
· Knowledge about IPV process is an asset
· Knowledge in Root Cause Analysis, DMAIC is an asset
