The QC Chromatography Laboratory Supervisor will supervise the specified QC Laboratory personnel involved with in-process, release, and stability testing, in addition to related quality management systems.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career.  These responsibilities include some of the following:

·  Responsible for application of site and company safety and environmental guidelines
·  Responsible for daily compliance of laboratory functions with appropriate regulatory standards and company policies
·  Supervise the timely completion and review of laboratory testing to support the site supply chain and stability program
·  Oversee the authoring and maintenance of the specified QC laboratory SOPs
·  Supervise the accurate and timely completion of deviations and CAPA reports to ensure the effective implementation of associated action
·  Oversee the change control and validation processes for specified QC equipment and methods and ensure their on-going validated status
·  Work across functions, propose and implement method and equipment changes/improvements
·  Drives proficiency of specified QC Laboratory operations through the appropriate training, education and employee development
·  Provides technical expertise and guidance to staff and other departments
·  Manage self-inspections within the group and participates in internal and external audits

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

·  Bachelor's Degree in a scientific discipline.
·  3+ years experience in biopharmaceutical industry
·  3+ years supervisory experience
·  3+ years direct experience in QC with quality management systems
·  3+ years experience with Chromatography Testing and Equipment (Waters, Empower, UPLC, HPLC) to aid in Quality decisions and troubleshooting

Preferred Qualifications:

·  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
·  Established people development experience
·  Ability to lead and influence inter and intra-site personnel through feedback, coaching and mentoring
·  Current understanding of regulatory requirements
·  Continuous Improvement focus using DMAIC methodology
·  Proficient in Microsoft software including Word, Excel, Power Point, Project, Teams
·  SAP experience preferred
·  Lean Six Sigma Certification preferred
