Your Responsibilities :
Context: Siamo alla ricerca di una figura da inserire all'interno del gruppo Industrial Excellence per:

Performance Management : Gestione dei KPIs , Operational Excellence con utilizzo di Strumenti LEAN

Project description:

Performance Management:
- Garantire la gestione, programmazione e analisi dei dati statistici.
- Sviluppare e gestire delle dashboard di performance management(Spotfire) per ogni dipartimento in modo da permettere un monitoraggio continuo delle attività.

Operational Excellence:
- Project Management con approccio DMAIC
- Utilizzo di strumenti LEAN

Major accountabilities:
- Assicurare e approfondire conoscenze scientifiche e tecniche che aiutino a guidare gli obiettivi di business e fornire flussi di valore aziendale.
- Fornire continuo supporto al fine di assicurare il corretto uso dei KPIs e degli strumenti di training supportando l'analisi di questi per garantire il continuos improvements nei vari reparti.
- Capacità di programmazione attività in termini di tempi, costi e risorse

Why You?

Basic qualifications:
- Laurea in Informatica o Ingegneria gestionale.
- Minima esperienza pratica in sviluppo di algoritmi
- Conoscenza di almeno un linguaggio di programmazione. Esempi: VBA, C#, JAVA, R, Python
- Ottima conoscenza dei programmi Microsoft Office
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
- Capacità di lavorare in team, condividere e ricevere feedback.
- Capacità di muoversi all'interno di un'organizzazione complessa
