Your Responsibilities :
Lo stagista verrà inserito all'interno della funzione Patient Focused Development & Medical Insights (Direzione Medica & Escientifica).

Il progetto avrà lo scopo di fornire supporto per le progettualità innovative in area Patient Engagement e Patient Support Program (PSP), che hanno come obiettivo l'ascolto della voce e dell'esperienza dei Pazienti e la strutturazione di servizi di supporto alla terapia.

La risorsa imparerà a lavorare in un ambiente complesso, all'interno di processi strutturati che coinvolgono più funzioni aziendali.

Altre competenze che acquisirà sono:
- Time management e rispetto scadenze;
- Lavoro di team.

Basic qualifications:
Laureati o laureandi in Scienze Pedagogiche, Scienze delle Formazione ed Educazione, Formazione Continua, Psicologia e/o similari
Conoscenza della lingua inglese
Conoscenza Pacchetto Office
Capacità di lavorare in modo indipendente e proattivo, sviluppare credibilità tra colleghi all'interno e all'esterno del team e di influenzare decisioni
Empatia, Intelligenza sociale e buone capacità comunicative.

Preferred qualifications:
Esperienza all'estero.
