Your Responsibilities :
Secondment / FTC until December 2020

Reporting to the Enterprise Projects Lead and working with Project teams globally, your role will be to manage and support the delivery of Transformation projects globally. This is fantastic opportunity for someone from a finance background with project management capabilities.

Your responsibilities:
• You will support the Regional Enterprise Project Lead to manage the transition of activities to our new Europe Regional Finance Hub.
• Track, monitor and report on key milestones including Knowledge Transfer and Pilot assessments
• You will manage and update weekly PMO reports / change requests as required
• Manage the RAID log and keeping it up to date
• Update the RAID log via regular follow up with owners
• Support weekly Projects Steerco meetings
• Work with the Change and Communications team to support projects as required
• Act as the single point of contact for the various operations and support teams the specific waves of transitions
• You will support key meetings and workshops as required

Why You?

Basic qualifications:
• Project Management experience
• Experience of Finance Transitions especially managing Knowledge Transfer and Pilots
• Experience in Finance Transformation / Change Projects
• Excellent Computer Skills including Excel Word and PowerPoint
• Strong verbal and written English language skills
• Able to communicate clearly and succinctly
• Ability to prioritise multiple projects with varying degrees of complexity and apply project management skills
• Ability to distil and communicate important information.
• Ability to inspire confidence in dealings with stakeholders and handle highly sensitive information.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to bridge communications gap between finance and non-finance

Preferred qualifications:
• Accountancy qualifications (full / part qualified)
• Experience working with Cross Functional teams
