We are looking for HR Systems and Data Analyst to join HR Team to deliver high quality, standardised HR interventions across a range of HR activities in order to enable all leaders and their teams to deliver the business strategy and add maximum value to the business.

Key responsibilities:

• Accountability for the HRIS systems in a country
• Propose and drive implementation of automation and digital solutions for HR systems and processes
• Make recommendations on system process changes to improve effectiveness
• Support the configuration and maintenance of Workday and SAP HR systems
• Respond to routine systems enhancements
• Collaborate with expert roles, Tech experts and local HR teams to support HRIS systems issue resolution
• Ensure the data integrity within HR systems by assisting with system maintenance and audits
• Participate in HRIS projects
• Support and provide training on internal HR IT tools and procedures
• Prepare regular reporting for dashboards, data analytics, quality control
• Provide data to drive standardisation and improvement across and within business units in order to standardize, simplify and continuously improve HR service delivery

Why You?

Basic qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree preferable in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Data Science or Statistics
• Functional knowledge or HRIS systems (Workday and SAP HR)
• Strong spoken and written English
• Strong analytical skills and advanced knowledge MS Excel
• Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
• Time Management knowledge will be an advantage
• Results-oriented, accurate & well-organized
• Positive attitude, good interpersonal skills
• Ability to operate in complex multinational environment
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Preferred knowledge of programming languages e.g. VBA
