HR People Services Operations Specialist (with SPANISH)

In this role you will…

·  Provide end to end "hire to retire" HR administrative services including preparation of HR documents with subject to all legal rules and collective agreements in Spain
·  Be the first point of contact for queries coming from manager and employees via cases (ServiceNow)
·  Become the HR Tier1 Team’s Subject Matter Expert for the given HR Processes & Activities and provide guidance on processing transactions correctly in Workday and other HR systems
·  Handle employee phone calls, conduct live chats, email to provide end-to-end navigation support to GSK employees in Spain
·  Support Line Managers, employees and peers with complex transactional HR matters, providing operational and tactical HR support with a focus on Workday navigation, HR advisory and procedure coaching
·  Work in a highly data sensitive environment, responsible for protecting Data Privacy at all times and adhering to confidentiality requirements to promote zero breach of compliance policies
·  Work closely with internal colleagues to ensure high accuracy of resolutions and customer satisfaction
·  Take accountability for ensuring all relevant Knowledge Articles including indicated Service Operating Model are fit for purpose and governed according to accepted global & local standards

·  Fluent Spanish and English language skills

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

·  Experience with Workday, Service Now or any other/similar related HR Systems preferred but not a must
·  Partnering skills and understanding how HR can contribute to the business
·  Experience working with Power BI
