Role Title - Artwork Coordinator
Location - GSK House - Brentford
Department - Oral Health - Consumer Healthcare
Job Description-
To assist the artwork manager, coordinating artwork changes or new pack artworks for the Oral care business from category design or equivalent to artwork completion.
Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of packaging artwork whilst adhering to CHGBI processes and procedures. Manage artwork approval between all relevant parties in the artwork process, both internal (Marketing, regulatory, planning, trademarks, technical packaging and category) and external (Factories and Printers).
Maintain & update CHGBI artwork tracking tools, providing status updates to the artwork manager and key internal stakeholders highlighting any issues or risks to delivery.
Participate in cross functional project meetings, providing guidance on key artwork timings, milestones and issues.
Key Responsibilities;
Describe the key deliverables to be achieved by the post holder and the ongoing responsibilities of the role
• To act as the primary point of contact for a given market's/category's artwork projects and other adhoc projects reporting into the artwork manager.
• Coordinate the resolution of queries from suppliers, printers, marketing and regulatory team.
• Help Improve GBINE's artwork performance through tracking KPI's and metrics.
• Facilitate and advise on key artwork timings, milestones and issues.
• Ensure artwork is released to meet project timelines; chasing approvers where necessary, liaising with the various functions (internally and externally).
• Participate in cross functional artwork and project meetings.
• Participate in artwork related quality investigations including error tracking, CAPA management, root cause analysis (RCA), and continuous improvement activities.
