Details:
Conduct bioanalysis in support of non-GLP, GLP and clinical studies for small and/or large molecule support. Independently develops, validate and troubleshoots bioanalytical methods.
Bioanalysis measures drug and metabolites levels (particularly to GxP) in relevant biophases (systemic or at target) to drive pre-clinical and clinical safety and efficacy outcomes. Sample processing capabilities, using methodologies and tools such as LC/MS and immunoassay on samples of all types, including small molecules, peptides, oligos, biopharmaceuticals (eg dAbs, mAbs, ADCs, bi-specifics) and cells.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct complex bioanalysis independently (very low LLQ, multi-component, multistage sample preparation) in support of non-GLP, GLP and clinical studies using LC/MS or immunoassay. Troubleshoot issues and initiate any corrective action or investigations.
• Independently develop, validate and troubleshoot bioanalytical methods. Seek technical advice and complementary information (e.g. literature searches and labile metabolite structures) to develop optimal methodology. Deliver high quality data to agreed schedules while maintaining accurate scientific data and records, and ability to present data in oral and written forms.
• Hold themselves accountable for delivering high quality bioanalytical asaay and results. Understand and be compliant to regulatory requirements and other GSK policies (e.g. R&D Data Integrity).
• Work on new technologies/capability development initiatives / supervision by devising key experiments and ensuring peer review. Conduct thorough literature reviews in connection with the analytical assignment

Desired profile

Basic qualifications:
BS/MS in chemistry, biochemistry, immunology or related filed

Previous experience and technical expertise on bioanalytical method development/validation and sample analysis
