SHIPPING COORDINATOR

MISSION :  

·  Prepare of shipping documents such as Bill of Lading (BOL), Manifest, as well as Excel reports to communicate order status with supervisor, co-workers and warehouse
·  Pull / receive data from multiple sources and organizing Excel reports in order to optimize organization
·  Prepare the necessary documents to move freight from IMUSA distribution facility in Doral, FL as well as its third-party consolidators in California, to the designated ship to facility per trading partner
·  Shipment of Purchase Order in operating system
·  Control of weekly shipping pattern and awareness of warehouse workflow
·  Accountable for the processing and shipping of assigned accounts within their assigned time frame
·  Clear and on time communication via e-mail with warehouse and customers in connection with order and shipment status
·  Analyze shipping requirements per trading partner and assigning accordingly

PROFILE:

·  High School diploma (or equivalent experience)
·  Prior experience in logistics is a preferred plus
·  Basic computer skills with MS Windows and Office applications (Outlook & Excel)
·  Ability to multitask, organization and attention to detail
