IT PROJECT MANAGER ASSISTANT (H/F)

1. MISSION :
EMSA Vietnam, subsidiary of Groupe SEB, is currently looking for an IT Project Manager Assistant.
After an approximately 2
- weeks internal training session provided by an IT Corporate Team member, the candidate will have to handle several missions.
Firstly, he/she will have to monitor the implementation of SAP Business One (gather needs, parametering, draft processes, give support to the Project Manager....).
He/she will then have to liaise between the local IT teams in Vietnam and the both regional & French IT Corporate team.
Finally, he/she will have to lead trainings, give support to the users and make sure they get familiar with the new systems.
2. MAIN SKILLS REQUIRED :
Recent graduate, with IT/project management education.
Fluency in Vietnamese is mandatory, English is requested and French would be a plus.
Minimum 12 months experience in softwares implementation (through internships or post graduate experience).
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
Strong analytical skills.
Ability to work to deadlines & manage stressful situations.
