IT INFRASTRUCTURE TECHNICAL EXPERT

MISSION:

We are looking for an IT Technical Expert to join the Group's IT department. The post is based in Rumilly (Haute-Savoie) at the Tefal site.

Your mission is to contribute to IT systems development and maintenance.

Working independently, you will carry out technical design, implementation, documentation and testing activities for IT solutions in which you have technical expertise (LAN, WLAN, DBMS, systems, storage, security etc.) to deliver batches of functional features.
At the request of the business units, you will analyse, configure and deploy infrastructure components with respect for the required evolutions, standards and procedures.
You will suggest, validate and conduct technical optimisation studies. You will provide advice, assistance, information, training and alerts.
You will be involved in general technical architecture studies and development and in the qualification of IT platforms.
You will be responsible for the correct operation and troubleshooting of network equipment, servers, storage bays and the administration of the software of which you are in charge.
You will be the contact person for level 2 diagnostics.
You will coordinate technical staff until incidents are resolved.
You will operate the incident database, conduct trend analyses, make suggestions for improvements and implement them.

Profil recherché

Qualifications :

PROFILE:

At least 2 years' higher education, e.g. DUT diploma in IT, MIAGE, school of engineering specialising in IT

You have at least 2 years' experience and can lead small-scale IT projects (

·  Ability to work independently and look ahead
·  Good written and oral communication skills, internally and externally
·  Ability to work as part of a team, collaborate with others and work with other departments
·  Ability to understand priorities and plan tasks well in order to work on several projects in parallel
·  Ability to communicate on the progress of a project or work
·  Sense of service towards customers/users

Your knowledge of English is fluent.
