CHARGEBACK & CREDIT MEMO SPECIALIST

Job description

MISSION :

· Research and validate deductions (non-compliance or return)
· Process credit memos
· Extract support data
· Challenge and dispute invalid claims
· Correspond with customers to negotiate settlements and resolve disputes
· Work closely with outside parties (customers, freight handlers etc.)

Desired profile

PROFILE:

·  High School diploma (or equivalent experience)
·  2 years of experience in similar field.
·  SAP experience preferred.
·  Experience with MS Excel.
·  Good organizational and communication skills
