Job description



The Assistant Product Manager will support the Senior Product Manager in the execution of strategic and tactical marketing activities targeted to increase brand awareness and market share. Specific duties include:

·  Supporting the business:
·  Produce monthly sales analysis reports to evaluate retailer, brand, and product performance
·  Perform competitive analysis including market trends
·  Aid in the development and execution of marketing plans and promotional materials to drive brand growth
·  Assist in approving marketing materials (packaging development, product information booklets, signage etc.)
·  Assist in preparation of customer line reviews and presentations
·  Collaborate with agency partners, strategic business units, other Groupe SEB subsidiaries as well as internal departments (sales, accounting, order entry etc.) on an on-going basis
·  Process brand invoices, ensuring on time entry and payments
·  Support day to day tasks
·  Day-to-day website maintenance, management, and optimization
·  Marketing Communications & Content Creation:
·  Analyze effectiveness of communication plan and make recommendations for improvement
·  Lead procurement and organization of digital assets for new product launches and branded lifestyle content
·  Assist in digital content creation across multiple channels, planning and executing digital media calendars to help drive new consumer engagement and acquisition. Develop content strategy that is effectively mapped with the consumer’s journey and path to purchase.
·  Work with agencies to design, build and maintain social media content calendars, manage overall social presence, influencer campaigns, and any other outside-the-box digital campaigns to build digital presence
·  Assist in the management of Social, CRM and Marketing Automation Platforms to generate, nurture and qualify leads
·  Work with brand teams to ensure content is loaded into internal content sharing platforms and executed consistently across owned platforms


·  Degree in Business Administration (Marketing or Marketing Communications) with 2 or 3 years’ experience in field of marketing
·  Fluent in English, French desirable
·  Strong aptitude in MS-Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and ability to learn new internal company software(s)
·  Well versed in the digital landscape with an emphasis on paid and owned media strategies, content creation, and e-commerce
·  Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight/demanding timelines
·  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
·  Comfortable working with budgets and numbers, with an ability to organize data, interpret metrics and identify trends
·  Ability to think and act analytically
·  Creative problem-solver with a strong work ethic and attention to detail and accuracy
