MISSION :  

 

Reporting to the DTC/ E-commerce Director, the role is to support the Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) strategy through Brand.com & Marketplace activations. The Assistant DTC/E-commerce Manager is responsible for creating a sales formula by maximizing conversion. Specific duties include:

·  Manage day to day operations on newly launched brand e-commerce websites
·  Daily communication and negotiation with agency, cross-functionally to make sure the plan is fulfilled to achieve the target
·  Assist in management of external agency teams, performance tools and media partners to ensure effective collaboration with a wide range of colleagues
·  Proactively shares performance reports, analysis and insights on E-Commerce
·  Manages performance KPIs and customer base, establishing strong communication channels to help the rest of the organization understand and leverage the channel
·  Support in finding new and innovative ways to expand e-commerce business and deliver on site revenue goals
·  Support in managing relationships with media and creative agencies and franchise partners
·  Assist in management of full-cycle execution of campaigns with varying objectives across all relevant social media channels
·  Working with legal and copywriting teams in order to get sign off approval for creative and promotional assets done
·  Working with Communications team to define the strategy across paid social media channels, its execution and creative testing
·  Ensuring proper tracking, attribution, automation, and optimization
·  Strong focus on driving e-commerce consumer service resolution (Amazon, 3 rd parties and brand.com) i.e. 24-48-hour response time on consumer complaints, day to day conflict resolution
·  Assist E-commerce team with analysis with online tools: Salsify, Bazzarvoice, Profitero

PROFILE:  

·  Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field or equivalent work experience
·  Minimum of 2-4 years of E-commerce related experience
·  Willing to be hands-on yet strategic
·  Advanced Excel skills required; SAP experience is beneficial
·  Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams in a team-oriented environment
·  Strong time management and organizational skills
·  The ability to adapt to changing requirements and a fast-paced environment
·  Highly motivated with strong attention to detail
