Poste et missions

You will join our Front Office team in New York within the Credit Markets department of Natixis. This strategic position will allow you to work directly with the teams involved in US structured credit operations, offering a unique immersion at the heart of our company’s financial and market activities. You will join the Liquidity & Business Management team of Credit Markets US as an Assistant Business Manager.

Your daily tasks will include:

·  Contributing to the monitoring of Credit Markets activities at the financial, risk, operational, and regulatory levels;
·  Participating in the digitalization efforts for the activity in coordination with the Credit Markets Head Office from the Business side;
·  Representing the Credit Markets business to internal partners (Finance, Operations, Risk, Compliance, etc.) in Natixis in New York or at the Head Office.

You will work in an international environment within a community of experts who place excellence, impact, and collective action at the heart of everything they undertake.

Main Responsibilities:

Collaboration with Front Office Teams:

·  Work closely with traders, structurers, or salespeople to develop and enhance the digital tools necessary for managing structured credit operations;
·  Actively participate in strategic discussions and meetings to optimize data management processes.

Development and Optimization:

·  Contribute to the creation of innovative tools to improve control efficiency;
·  Support cross-functional projects on behalf of the activity and optimize processes in a dynamic front office environment;
·  Assist in the automation and digitalization of tasks to enhance operational fluidity.

Analysis and Reporting:

·  Assist in the preparation of detailed reports and analyses to support business and strategic decisions;
·  Participate in the collection and analysis of data to provide valuable insights to the teams.

Profil et compétences requises

Student in a Master's program (or equivalent) at a prestigious engineering or business school.

Solid knowledge of finance, with a particular interest in structured credit and bond or credit markets.

Skills in data science and proficiency in Excel and programming tools (VBA, Python, etc.).

Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
