To ensure the development and delivery of the disciplines of Business Continuity, Crisis Management and Physical Security for the Natixis London branch, and Physical Security for the rest of Natixis EMEA. The Head of Business Continuity & Physical Security will be expected to work closely with the business and other control functions to ensure local policies and standards are applied consistently across all Natixis London business operations.
To manage Physical Security for the London Branch, and to manage the Physical Security and Personnel Safety Policy and its implementation across the EMEA region.

Job Description

The IT Systems Analyst will be involved in the management of Projects & Systems administration

• Design & Administer the branch systems infrastructures.
• Design, support and deliver the appropriate change management procedures.
• Identification of opportunities for efficiency improvements / cost saving in IT Equipment & Software.
• Ensure that documentations, policies, procedures are up to date.
• Draft detailed documentations when required.
• Provide help to the support team (if/when) required.
• Analysis, problem solving and escalation (if/when) necessary.
• Working with other members of IT department in London, Paris Head-Office and liaising with worldwide IT Departments.
• Ensure that Systems are up to date (Security / Patches).
• Offering systems level support and project co-ordination to EMEA sites.

Decision making:

• The job holder will be expected to make recommendations regarding the infrastructure and service provided to users.
Equipment purchasing – supplier chain liaison.

Reporting:
• Assistance with the production of a weekly or monthly Projects & Systems reports.
• Draft detailed incident report when required and concerned.
• Other progress updates to immediate management as deemed necessary.

Review of work:
• Annual review with Head of Systems and Architecture Projects.
Regular liaison with Head of Systems and Architecture Projects and Chief Information Officer

Key tasks and responsibilities

• Management of the systems infrastructure of the London IT Hub.
• Support and Head Office project liaison with EMEA IT Teams.
• Measurements and analysis of incidents (e.g. priorities as necessary).
• Systems monitoring.
• Establishment of quality standards and reporting (monthly or weekly).
• Management of supplier relationships, where appropriate.
• Preparation of written reports recommending action, where appropriate, to improve procedures & designs.
• Identify areas of operational risks.
• Regular audit & updates of applications including virus updates and security patches.
• Follow procedures and policies (e.g. Change Management).
• Follow Head-Office IT security policy.
• Follow the branch compliance rules.

Responsible for producing: Statistics for monthly reporting.
Incident Reports and Change Requests where appropriate.
