Department: Global Markets Business Management London
Job type: Internship

Start date: As soon as possible
Junior role with the London Business Management:
· Optimisation of the set-up and integration of the functions servicing the capital markets business lines in London
· Project and Organisation
Main responsibilities and duties of the role:
· provide assistance to his management
· Interact with the front to back office stakeholders, encompassing Business Support, Risks, Compliance, IT, Finance, be these in London, Paris or in any other location.
· Assist in the development of Budgets, Business cases and other documentations
· Contribute to projects of the department
· Produce high quality presentations
· Build up set of operational metrics
· Once trained, will manage autonomously specific tasks
Responsible for producing:
· Expenses reviews of Métiers
· Other materials given gradually
· Detailed papers on projects
Responsible for reviewing:
· System access
Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience
· Knowledge of Capital Markets as well as its products - i.e. OTCs, Futures, Options- and related issues e.g. financing, Treasury
· An understanding of the core processing across front, middle & back office as well as other functions such as Finance, Tax, Risk and Compliance.
· Ability to bond and get people to deliver
· Strong analytical and Organisational skills with attention to details
· Problem Solver
· Good communication skills both written and oral
· Autonomous working with pro-activity in reporting and getting all parties tuned timely of developments
