Job Description
The BM Officer will work in the Business Management Team in charge of monitoring and developing capital markets activities for the APAC platform. The BM Officer is managing projects in the Front Office and he is the point of contact for all other departments, encompassing Operations, Risk, IT, Compliance, Legal and Finance. He will contribute to the growth of the platform by supervising the multiple business initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:
· Manage project for Global Markets
· Examine new Front Office requests to identify the key attention points
· Work with other departments to contribute of the overall efficiency of the processes, in Hong-Kong and other locations such as Tokyo, Singapore, Paris and New-York
· Prepare high quality presentations and analysis
Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience
General Skills:
· 3-8 years experience in a similar position (Business Management, department's COO)
· Good understanding capital markets (Fixed Income and Equity)
· Good communication skills
· Client/customer focus
· Team player
· Good organization and analytical skills with attention to details
