Job Descriptions

· Management and development of the existing dealers. Finding new dealers for all brands and consumer as well as commercial dealers in his/her territory. Cancellation of dealership of inactive dealers. Training the sales force of the dealers.
· Responsible for regular visits to dealers in the region to ensure the effective management.
· Following up performance of all dealers in his/her territory.
· Monitoring and reporting market trends and competition activities covering local sales campaigns, marketing activities.
· Announcement of activities and campaigns which are prepared by marketing and trade marketing departments to dealer organizations and follow up the implementation.
· Responsible for ensuring the achievement of financial targets and market share targets.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree preferably in business administration and/or engineering
· Preferably 3-7 years of sales experience in a similar industry
· Experience in customer relationship management
· Effective communication skills in both written and oral
· Proficiency in MS Office applications
· Fluency in English
· B type driver’s license and active driver
· Mobility is essential
· Military service should be completed for male candidates.
