Responsibilities:
- Ensure data quality in finance reporting
- Collect information and data for each budget process
- Define and produce analytical reporting and monthly dashboard of KPIs
- Analyse variations between departmental budget vs actual with managers
- Challenge the business stakeholders in budget overages, productivity, investment requests, etc
- Prepare Group reporting tool and detailed variance analysis for Region / Group
- Confront and challenge the pricing assumptions with statistical experience
- Support the correct application of the reserving tool and the reserving policy defined by AXA Assistance Group
Qualifications:
- Finance at Master’s level (Bac +5)
- Good level of spoken and written English is essential
- Ability to communicate with various departments (Finance / Commercial / Operations / etc)
- Solid grounding in MS Office applications: needs to be strong in Excel modelling (VBA is a plus), Access, Word and Powerpoint
- Some development knowledge is a plus as well as Business Intelligence tools knowledge
- Practical work experience in insurance / healthcare would be a plus
