We are on the lookout for an operations all rounder to join the Get Smooth Family!
Your Responsibilities will Include:
- Answering calls and emails to customers
- Be the first point of contact for all our barbers that may have any queries or are experiencing issues with a current booking
- Help increase engagement of both customers and barbers on the platform, through meetings with the Community Success Manager
- Help recruit awesome new barbers!
What we are looking for?
- A people person, with great customer service skills
- Good excel skills, spreadsheets are your friend, not your enemy!
- Good spoken and written knowledge of the English language
- Someone who has a great interest in startups or tech companies
- A willingness to learn
- Someone who is up for a challenge!

We launched Europe’s first on demand barbering service in London at the beginning of 2016. Since then we’ve delivered over 4,500 haircuts, beard trims and wet shaves to homes, offices and events throughout the city, working with a number of exciting brands including GQ, DIESEL, Uber, Spotify, YouTube and Deliveroo.

We are looking for someone to start ASAP, this is a 3 month internship that may lead to a full time paid job after. Expenses such as food, London based travel and events will be paid for.
