Poste et missions:
For our AMASA Site – Michigan
- USA you are responsible to support the implementation of the quality control according to the Group policy.
Your main missions are to:
- Participate to the actions plans following complaints
- Define and implement the quality control activities
- Participate in the validation of mass passage of the new products
- Contribute to secure product / process changes in collaboration with the Methods, Industrialization and R & D departments through the group standard process.
- Ensure compliance and application of the Quality Management System; is involved in its improvement.
- Participate in external audits (customers and certifying bodies)
- Ensure the monitoring and reporting of site quality performance indicators and monitor associated improvement actions.
- Facilitate the Problem-Solving Group on recurring issues
- Contribute to improve the Quality Culture (training, awareness)
Profil:
Engineer with a Quality specialization or Master in Quality, you have a first experience in industry field.
You have the ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with employees as well as the customers.
You are rigorous, autonomous, you have the ability to work cooperatively with others and to train people
Obviously a very good command in English!
