Job description

For the GEODIS EUROPE Headquarters in Frankfurt am Main, we are looking for a Regional Compensation & Benefits Manager!

A variety of tasks are waiting for you, amongst others:

  • Leading the implementation, design and analysis of compensation policies and processes, including but not limited to salary reviews, bonus calculation, incentive plans and benefits,
  • Keeping Compensation & Benefits policies, protocols, and procedures up to date to ensure that they are in line with country laws and Group policies,
  • Making recommendations to identify opportunities for improvement in relation to the company's performance, efficiency or financial status,
  • Keeping track of internal and external benchmarks to remain competitive,
  • Supporting the implementation of the international mobility program.

You bring along:

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in the field of compensation and benefits - preferably in an international environment,
  • Bachelors or Master Degree in business, psychology or a related field,
  • Enjoy dealing with people and like to communicate with different types of people,
  • Excellent English skills, German is considered as a plus,
  • Expert in MS Office applications,
  • A team player and willing to take the initiative and contribute ideas,
  • Adaptable and responsible and keep a cool head even in stressful situations,
