Within the Group Investments, Asset and Wealth Management Business Unit, Projects & Processes unit oversees and implements some of the key projects engaging Generali Investments. It ensures, as well, that GI's internal regulations system is updated and in line with the activities and services provided.

The successful candidate will be based in Milan and will join Projects & Processes unit. The main activities that he/she will perform:
· Project Management: support the implementation of major project activities, draft project plans, monitor the status update of activities;
· Internal Regulations Management: ensure that the Company's internal regulations system governing the activities and services: (i) reflects the real functioning, (ii) it is adequate and proportionate to the complexity (iii) and duly transposes within the Company the principles and guidelines set forth within Generali Group internal regulations;
· Control Functions recommendations follow up: coordinate the implementation of the approved action plans related to the analysis performed by Control Functions.

Qualifications :

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

·  Graduate Degree in Finance or Economics and equivalent
·  Previous experience (internship) gained on asset management business or in a primary consultancy firm serving asset management companies is considered a plus
·  Thorough understanding of the relevant national and European legislation applicable to the Management Company
·  Excellent interpersonal skills
·  High degree of flexibility and ownership
·  Easily adapt to different environments and situation
·  Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills
