Role Summary/Purpose

As a member of a World-Class Team, the Manufacturing Coil Winder will take insulation material, conductors, and using winding drawing will produce a finished conductor coil.

Essential Responsibilities

·  Read complex drawings and interpret needs of coils
·  Use insulation and other raw materials to specifications of drawings
·  Utilize winding machines to wind materials
·  Utilize measuring devices to ensure standards are met
·  Follow all EHS and Safety policies
·  Other related duties as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements

·  High School Diploma or GED equivalent
·  Must have worked producing parts, components, or assemblies on a production basis for at least 3 months
·  Must be able to demonstrate the ability to read, interpret and apply engineering drawings and specifications on a production basis
·  Must be able to demonstrate ability to read, interpret, and apply various measurement devices, decimal tapes, scales, micrometers, and calipers
·  Must be able to pass coil winding proficiency test
