Responsibilities:

·  Inbound handling
·  Store-keep Inventoried Item at designated area
·  Issue raw materials /component to Production
·  Receive Finished Goods from Production
·  Handling of non-conformance or quarantine products/materials
·  Outbound handling
·  Perform monthly Cycle Counts and annual Stock Counts.
·  Prepare and submit application / renewal of approval to JKDM to keep goods at Bonded Warehouse (GBA – Gudang Berlesen Awam); for Sub-contract, Disposal, Re-export (Return Goods from customer), Re-Import (Return Material/Component to SOS), Duty Exemption, and GST Suspended (ATS – Approved Trader Scheme).
·  Prepare and submit report to JKDM on monthly basis for:
·  Prepare and submit Penyata Tahunan to JKDM
·  Self-declaration of K9 for Local Sales, and weekly review of pending K9
·  Ensure MHE (Material Handling Equipment – Palletjack, Rechtruck, Forklift) are in good condition including the Wrapping Machine & Vacuum Lifter
·  Proper filing and labelling of Warehouse documents
·  Participate in 5S and involve in EHS (Environment Health & Safety) and Emergency Response Program
·  Handle material / goods / machinery disposal
·  Monthly materials/goods shelf-life review
·  Prepare FTA form to requested PSUB, including renewal of Cost Analysis

Requirements:

·  Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Business, or equivalent.
·  Has at least 5 years of Warehousing experience, and at least 2 years’ experience in a Supervisory position.
·  Has extensive experience dealing with Customs and other local authorities.
·  Has good influencing skills, necessary for coaching employees and teams, and gaining resources and support to accomplish distribution objectives.
·  Possesses good leadership, planning and administrative skills. Knowledge and application of supply chain principles is required.
·  Able to communicate fluently (written & spoken) in both the English and Bahasa Malaysia languages.
