Essential Responsibilities

Supporting the Asia Treasury Team in:

- Update GE China and OG Cash pool Dashboard
- Updated HK & Korea report
- Prepare netting documents and arrange company chop after settlement
- Collect Entrusted loan application documents/Apply company chop.
- Apply company chop for cash pool documents and agreements, scan, upload to Box for filing
- Sort out historical cash pool documents and agreement in Box per request
- Update market rate and look up treasury news in Bloomberg and email to team
- Maintain Treasury Library: Keep books in order and make record for lending and borrowing
- Other tasks per request

- Strong record of initiative-taking and leadership in a work setting and/or extracurricular activities

- Work 3 days per week and prefer 6 months.
