Role Summary/Purpose
The Treasury back office administrator will be responsible for processing all treasury transactions in a correct manner including FX deals, MM deposits, derivatives and bonds. The Treasury back office administrator will also be responsible for maintaining and executing controls in compliance with BHGE policies.
Essential Responsibilities
• Support/Manage improvements to, or implementation of, treasury back office systems
• Daily confirmation of all treasury trades, ensuring all details are accurately recorded in the treasury management system and confirmed with the counterparty on deal date. Resolve confirmation issues with counterparties and Front Office
• Settlement of all transactions including money market, FX, derivatives and bonds
• Processing various treasury payments from banking systems including Intercompany transfers of cash to execute intercompany loan and equity movements
• Preparation of daily reports on any back office breaches, conduct root cause analysis and put in place appropriate remedial action.
• Oversee and support regulatory reporting as required to comply with local legislation and ensure systems and processes are updated to reflect regulatory changes.
• Support ad hoc functions and projects as required.
• Develop and monitor KPI’s/metrics for the treasury operational processes
Qualifications/Requirements
• Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance or equivalent required.
• Proven experience of operating in a fast-paced financial services team environment, with a strong emphasis on treasury products and back office processes.
• Highly motivated and flexible, with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical and organisational skills with good attention to detail.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• MS Office skills required.
