Role Summary/Purpose

As the Training Specialist you will be responsible for the through life training of GE Aviation products. You will design and deliver training and follow an individual work plan. Essential Responsibilities

·  Design, develop and deliver training on Systems/Avionics/Power Product Lines

·  Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Systems/Avionics/Power Product Lines

·  Work with consultants and contractors on related training issues

·  Modify and implement upgrades to existing training packages

·  Develop and work with New Product Introduction teams focused on program development, implementation and improvement

·  Measure progress toward successfully meeting corporate expectations

·  Manage function-related costs across site

·  Deliver training courses at customer locations, when required

·  Schedule and maintain training plans, develop and modify training modules, present training modules, document training and submit training records into an electronic database
Qualifications/Requirements

·  Experience in avionics engineering, maintenance, manufacturing, or training

·  Must be able to deliver complex technical messages in a simple context

·  Excellent communication skills

·  Comfortable presenting

·  Understanding of electronic circuits
