Role Summary/Purpose

You will be responsible for Additive Manufacturing training course development and coordinating delivery. This requires collaboration with different functions within GE Additive’s AddWorks and Services teams to define and create offerings for the Additive Academy. You will be responsible for the planning and resource requirements to hold trainings in Munich and potentially other sites. Additionally you will support the development of training material for the AddWorks and Services teams.
Essential Responsibilities

• Development of training modules for training sessions
• Support creating marketing material for GE Additive Academy offerings
• Manage training registration process and ensure a favorable customer experience with respect to participation in the training
• Manage resource and facility schedules to support training classes
• Benchmarking of GE Additive training offerings against competitors
Qualifications/Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in either marketing, teaching, or additive manufacturing relevant engineering subject
• Experience in creation of professional training material
• Excellent organizational skills – capability to manage several customer engagements in parallel
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Project
• Fluent (capable to negotiate) in English and German
