Role Summary/Purpose
The Technical Services Training Leader will lead the training team to execute world class operator and technical training for customers and internal personnel. In this role, you will drive training growth by partnering with sales teams and producing marketing material.
Essential Responsibilities
As the Technical Services Training Leader, you will:
· Manage all training activities within North America, including driving sales, executing and financial reporting
· Produce quarterly targets and drive sales opportunities
· Deliver technical and/or operator training
· Develop training material
and arrange all logistics for training courses
· Develop and track operating metrics, including quality of service and revenue / margin
· Coordinate with engineering, field service and technical support teams to deliver specific training classes
· Work directly with the customers to define syllabus and schedules
· Define Capex request to enable training growth
· Travel to customer locations to support training activities, as required
Qualifications/Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field from an accredited university or college
· Minimum of 2 years of training delivery experience
Desired Characteristics
· Master's Degree in a relevant field from an accredited university or college
· Minimum of 5 years of practical working knowledge of Power
· Experience with conversion products
· Ability to interface effectively with all levels of the organization / external customers
· Effective team building and problem solving abilities
· Strong oral and written communication skills
· Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
