Role Summary/Purpose

Responsible for designing, developing and testing software to create software platform and clinical applications for Anesthesia and Respiratory Care product lines
Essential Responsibilities

• Be responsible for developing, unit testing, evolving software in a fast paced and agile development environment using the latest software development technologies and infrastructure
• Translate requirements into prioritized list of user stories and deliver to required timelines and quality standards
• Support process improvements which guide the development, sustaining & support activities
• Apply principles of SDLC and methodologies like Agile, CI, Software and Product Security, Scalability, Documentation Practices, refactoring and Testing Techniques
Qualifications/Requirements

• B.Tech/M.Tech from Computer Science/Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• 2-6 years of experience in design and software development.
• Willingness and ability to learn and use new technology and programming language
• Effective problem solver: Ability to define the problem, brainstorm alternatives, choose best strategy and implement the solution
• Understand performance parameters and assess, optimizes/improves application performance
• Experience in object oriented design methodology and programming languages - C/C++. Knowledge of Java is plus
• Experience working on Windows and Linux/Unix platform. Exposure to Linux/Unix platform is plus.
• Work independently with minimal supervision
