We are looking to kick off a new initiative. We are looking for a seasoned leader to grow existing End User Computing far beyond its current scope. The successful candidate will define a vision, and will be hands on with the engineering and user experience teams ensuring we build and operate client and server-side software to support Amazon's massive scale. Finally, the successful candidate will have a proven track record of growing revenue and customers for ad-based businesses.
We operate like a startup in a big company: our engineers work closely with product management and user experience designers to build best-in-class services and apps, and, our product management and leadership teams work closely with business development to get feedback from partners and customers in order to grow the business. Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· 7+ years of industry experience building mission critical, world class application software or application platforms (Mobile + Web)
· 5+ years in product management
· 3+ years of experience with proven growth in ad-based businesses
