Role Summary/Purpose

Lead successful deployment and enhancements of customer call center technology to various global regions at GEHC. Partner with product management to create a clear strategic direction for build needs/convey that vision to the service’s scrum team for development. Direct the team with clear and descriptive set of requirements captured as stories to ensure the successful deployment to a given region. Your priority is seamless integration/alignment of perspectives from a broad set of stakeholders
Essential Responsibilities

• Work across multiple teams and stakeholders to deliver features for successful regional deployments
• Prioritize continuously in accordance with the understanding and validation of customer problems and needs
• Manage the deployments of call center technology for regional teams including but not limited to project timelines, risks, scope changes and other non-standard events
• Serve as the single point of contact for regional partners for new and existing deployments via strong communication and frequent status updates
• Demonstrate expert level skill in problem decomposition and ability to navigate through ambiguity
• Engage frequently with the development team; facilitate discussions, provide clarification, story acceptance and refinement, testing and validation; contributes to design activities and decisions
• Build/Manage the backlog to ensure the user stories required for deployments are slotted into sprints and releases accordingly
• Collaborate with UX in design decisions, demonstrating deep understanding of technology stack and impact on final product
• Conduct customer and stakeholder interviews and elaborate on personas
• Be regarded as an expert in Agile Methodology; define the phased approach of functionality deployments necessary for regional deployments onto the technology.
• Demonstrate superior persuasion and influencing skills that ensure alignment between customer, product manager and engineering team
• Demonstrates excelling business acumen, knows latest industry trends and is looked at as an internal expert on the product as well as the associated competitive landscape
• Mentor junior team members
Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in IT OR 3 years of professional experience in Software Development and product/project management
• GE Leadership Program Graduates will get credit towards relevant work experience, commensurate to the program they have completed

Eligibility Requirements: (Country Specific)
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job
• Must be willing to travel 10%
• Must be willing to work out of a GE office located in India

• Skilled in negotiation to align stakeholders and communicate a single synthesized perspective to the technical and functional teams. Balances value propositions for competing stakeholders.
• Demonstrates strong product and project program skills
• Experience working in an Agile engineering environment
• Experience in system validation
• Demonstrates knowledge on technical topics, such as performance, system validation, APIs, data transfer, scalability, and security
• Familiarity with the some or all of the following technology: Avaya, Salesforce.com, IVR, CA Agile
• Able to work under minimal supervision
