Job Description SummaryAs a Sourcing Leader in Computers Category (electronics), you will be part of a team responsible for $200M in global spend for both tier 1 and tier 2 supply base. You will work internally within the electronics team on market and data trends and support our Strategic Business Units within electronics.
Negotiate with dedicated providers according to specific policies. Achieve the best contractual conditions while also ensuring internal customer satisfaction. In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.

Roles and Responsibilities
Deliver on KPI’s around cost out, payment terms, risk, contracts, rationalization, and strategy.
Coordinate and lead supplier annual negotiations, RFI/RFP setup, execution, and implementation of awarded pricing with internal teams.
Use internal and external data for trending and analysis within the electronic components market.
Support quality and fulfillment business needs as they arise
Ability to work cross functionally on projects, support NPI’s or other initiatives within the business or across global supply chain
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain Management or Finance
Minimum 3 years experience in Engineering, Sourcing, Operations, Supply Chain or Finance
Excellent business/financial acumen and communication skills, ability to act as business partner through horizontal teams to influence and drive change in a collaborative and effective way.
Proficiency in mitigating risks by predicting future industry trends.
In-depth knowledge of market and trends that might impact supply chains.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional or geographically dispersed teams.
Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
