Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
· Partner with Sourcing teams across Avionics, Power US and UK and the Military IPT for Defense, ultimately supporting the D&S Sourcing GM to drive optimal business performance (Quality, Delivery, Cost & Cash).
· Support deal underwriting for commercial agreements with supply base & manage ongoing financial performance of deals, providing advice and direction where needed
· Responsible for financial support on deal underwriting, supplier/contract management, and cost/cash optimization projects.
· Responsible for the financial evaluations of make buy transitions across the various sites within D&S.
· Own monthly close reporting of finance related metrics for Sourcing including purchase price variance and days to pay as well as the analysis in support of monthly operating reviews with Sourcing GM and P&L teams
· Own the various financial planning and analysis activities as well as cost management of the Sourcing & other central supply chain teams' budget.
· Contribute to commodity level strategies through key planning cycles (annual strategy & budget processes).
· Leverage analysis & data to support recommendations and provide insight to commodity operations teams.
· Drive horizontal projects within sourcing finance team to drive process standardization, simplification, and automation to reduce overall team workload.
· Support and partner with Sourcing Leadership to execute any relevant problem solving to drive improvement and eliminate waste
· Communicate complex messages to others and explain difficult or sensitive information.
· Work through areas of ambiguity and partner with peers across commodities to problem solve and benchmark best practices.
· Use financial expertise & sound judgement to drive a high level of controllership & compliance at all times.
· Own the modelling of our supplier disbursements forecast and execution thereon
· Ensure Financial Compliance standards are adhered to within Sourcing, including maintaining and communicating the most recent delegations of authority within Sourcing.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
· 7+ years Finance experience in roles with progressive responsibility
· 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
· Must be able to work on projects classified for US Citizens only

The base pay range for this position is $ 137,000.00 - 183,000.00. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary. This posting is expected to close on 4/29/26.
