Role Summary/Purpose

Solution Architect will have to establish a trusted relationship with both our external customers and internal technical teams; he will need to understand customer needs and pains and translate it into Technical Architecture based on BHGE Digital technical components . He/she will collaborate with BHGE Solution Architect Teams, Product teams, Field Enablement , Customer Services Support and Sales teams within BHGE digital to help drive BHGE portfolio sales.
Essential Responsibilities

·  Establish a deep understanding of our customers’ needs and articulate value propositions based primarily on BHGE Digital product portfolio for his country or his account 
·  Translate customers’ needs into detailed scenarios and ref architecture that can be demoed
·  Work closely with product management/development to influence future product roadmap based on customer needs
·  Present a real architect posture assembling technical components, facilitating architecture design session, demo-ing those architecture during POC
·  Create a “trusted technical resource” relationship with our customer’s technologists and internal technical teammates
·  Help develop solution architecture to support solution selling at enterprise level. It includes providing vision and application architecture definition, problem anticipation and problem-solving ability
·  Provide Oil & Gas expertise 
·  Evangelize BHGE technology platform in appropriate sales forums or marketing events to drive demand and continued interest
·  Design, validate and present BHGE Digital solutions, including advanced product concepts, future direction and innovative solutions
·  Drive the technical sales cycle from opportunity technical qualification up to technical closure in parallel of the sales cycle
·  Develop and deliver high quality, standardized or customized presentations and demonstrations that highlight product capabilities
·  Overcome common objections by presenting the business impact of his solutions
·  Leverage with partners to expand internal Pre-sales force
·  Develop and maintain strong teaming relationship with other members of the company to leverage product, process and engineering expertise
Qualifications/Requirements

·  Bachelor’s Degree in business, science, engineering, technology or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
·  Masters’ degree, MBA or other advanced degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
·  Domain expertise and technical expertise in Oil & gas solution
·  Knowledge in Asset Management
·  Data Analytics and/or Artificial Intelligence
·  Software Architecture skills
·  Significant expertise in developing and selling Software solutions, covering a wide variety of software models from subscription to perpetual. Including creating and executing propositions
·  Deep understanding of the IOT technology stack to include Industrial Platform ( like Predix)
·  Fluent in both Russian and English
