Role Summary/Purpose
The Software Training Lead is responsible for consistent development & deployment of technical & solution training for ServiceMax-GE Digital. This position reports to the Client Education Engagement Manager & works with associated teams to create, manage, coordinate & deliver training (globally) to internal & external partners and customers. Successful candidates must work cross-functionally with the Professional Services teams in the delivery of training programs.
Essential Responsibilities
· Support our GE-ServiceMax customers through their services operations transition and training
· Lead work stream comprising change and transition management, communications, and training
· Assess the impact of change on customers, using stakeholder readiness for change assessments
· Apply and develop GE tools and frameworks to support improved customer future-state organizational design and alignment
· Develop and execute customer training plans
· Measure end user training impact
Qualifications/Requirements
· Bachelors’ degree preferred, ideally in STEM based subject and/or equivalent knowledge/experience
· Ability to travel on frequent basis
