Role Summary/Purpose

Working with Brazil and Global Planning & Inventory team, ensure optimal inventory is planned on field, maintained to support Services External Sales, Internal Services, Warranty & Other Streams Fulfillment in LATAM with High Service Level.
Essential Responsibilities

This responsibility covers Brazil internal and external customer base and markets. High level objective is to reduce Site Inventory on GE Legal Entities, increase inventory turns, support inventory management and controllership in Brazilian warehouses, develop Field Site auto replenishment (DRP), support sites with RECAPITALIZATION RESOLUTION to ensure high service level and optimized Inventory Level. Connect with and Educate Sites regarding Planned/Unplanned Material, must be the bridge between Site and Finance/Tax team to adjust manual counting’s on site to reflect proper inventory at the ERPs. Also connected with Repair
Fulfillment to ensure only useful parts will be returned from the customer with BURN OUT purpose. Prepare for review sessions with Global Inventory & Planning Manager, Brazil Finance and Leadership. Support annual Op plan analysis and construction. Communicate with Product Service, Warranty teams Globally, identify quality issues early on and identify changes or additions to stock levels Work with Fulfillment, Field Services, Warehouse and Operations teams globally to execute inventory reduction programs such as relabeling of Superseded parts, Slow Moving Inventory & Productivity opportunities. Manual Planning of critical parts assigned; Proactive understanding of consumption trends. Review Brazil SMI regularly for opportunities and reduction. Keep Constant Communication with site team to identify opportunities of Inventory Reduction, transfer inventory between orgs, sell it outside for OSA customers or other GE inventories Globally. Find opportunities on Parts Kits to be assembled in country and/or at GE Warehouse to reduce Item costs.
Be Responsible for Intercompany transactions and OTD.
Qualifications/Requirements

·  Bachelor’s Degree, Supply Chain area, or related discipline;
·  Experience in parts management including: Warehousing, Fulfillment, Material Management (ERP Setups), Planning Strategies
·  Experience with Oracle/SAP;
·  High level skills in all Microsoft Office tools required (Excel,PowerPoint, Word, Outlook...);
·  Strong leadership and inclusiveness skills. Strong analytical skills. Demonstrated abilities for team work;
·  Proactive and takes ownership;
·  Ability to interface with all functions and all levels of management.

·  Strong experience with and knowledge of GE Parts in Wind applications;
·  Problem-solving skills and ability to balance multiple priorities/deals at a time under high time pressure;
