Role Summary/Purpose
Key customer service role ensuring connection & reconciliation between service billings, accounts receivable systems for customers. Assumes leadership position owning beginning to end resolution of customer issues. Includes understanding, working with billing experts determining cleanest path to resolution & how adjustments flow to customer’s AR statement. Interacts directly with customers to resolve & explain AR scenarios & be key focal point to drive accuracy and issue resolution.
Essential Responsibilities
•Audit billings, credits, payments associated with a customer’s accounts receivable statement
•Work closely with SSOS billing experts and Collection team to understand, resolve, and explain issue
•Take ownership of assigned customer issues and drive them until a sustainable solution is implemented
•Ability to make business decisions around best course of resolution and lead appropriate team members in implementation
•Report out on progress around billing resolution, receivable impact, and bad debt impact
•Coach applicable teams on root cause resolution to eliminate repeat issues
•Lead customer conversation/discussion to drive resolution
•Participate in customer meetings when needed
•Demonstrated ability to motivate, influence, and solve problems
•Proven teamwork and collaboration skills
•Solid interpersonal and leadership skills
•Special Projects as needed
Qualifications/Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Services).
2. Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Operations roles.
