Role Summary/Purpose

As a member of the Shared Services Team, you will be supporting complex shared service clients and their day-to-day needs. You will develop, configure, code, test and debug enhancements for these clients using Salesforce.com and related technologies. You will be responsible for quality of delivered code and adherence to Center of Excellence’s best practices.
Essential Responsibilities

In this role, you will:
• Design, configure, and developing custom code/objects using the Salesforce developer toolkit utilizing both traditional Waterfall as well as Agile methodologies.
• Use APEX and Visualforce to create new functionality and extend existing apps within Corporate managed environments.
• Use common web service technologies like REST, SOAP, JSON and related technologies to transfer data between salesforce and Company's enterprise systems.
• Identify and document data and application integration requirements.
• Assist in the architecture and development of future state plans.
• Ensure adherence to Center of Excellence best practices for configuration and custom development of Salesforce.
Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in information systems, computer science or related field or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Minimum 3 Years of production support and development together.
• Minimum 3 Years of Salesforce.com experience.
Desired Characteristics

• Salesforce DEV-401 developer certification.
• Java programming background.
• Strong team player, hard worker and willingness to learn and apply multiple technologies to exceed customer expectations and drive business value.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
