Role Summary/Purpose

The Sales Support Specialist is responsible for developing and maintaining the relationships of Customers currently purchasing items from GE Oil & Gas Pressure Control (PC), delivering ordered equipment, and maintaining inventory.

Essential Responsibilities

In the role of Sales Support Specialist, you will:

·  Meet delivery dates for individual Customer well sites

·  Communicate with the Customer on their needs for material and parts

·  Establish plans for material and logistics, by working with the Demand Team and Manufacturing Team for on-time delivery (OTD)

·  Maintain current Customer relationships, and find opportunities for future growth

·  Maintain in current status open order report of backlog

·  Work with the Sales and the Operations Team to maintain and amend schedules when needed to meet Customer needs

·  Coordinate and provide instruction(s) on current logistics programs and procedures

·  Work with the Customer and Management to promote, drive, and maintain continuous improvement in processes and productivity

·  Provide Customers with written reports, including, but not limited to invoicing, equipment identification and tracking, inventory control, expense monitoring, etc.

·  Ensure periodic maintenance of all rental assets

·  Maintain inventory through forecasting demand

·  Comply with all Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) requirements

Qualifications/Requirements

·  High School Diploma / GED from an accredited school or institution

·  Minimum 2 years of industry experience in surface wellhead equipment or oil and gas rental process

Eligibility Requirements:

·  Ability and willingness to work overtime, weekends and holidays, as required
