Role Summary/Purpose

This position will be a member of the Digital Sales Enablement organization and a member of the Digital Sales Platform Team. This role requires strong collaboration and partnering with members of the Digital Sales Enablement organization, the Global Platforms, USCAN Marketing, USCAN Comm Ops and global IT organizations to ensure a seamless user experience.
Essential Responsibilities

The Digital Sales Platforms Analyst will be expected to provide “Product Leadership” of the SFDC ecosystem in the Pre-Opportunity area. The Analyst role will be expected to design, develop, test and implement new platform solutions across the SFDC tool. This role will help to lead the strategy, vision and execution of the “future state” of the SFDC platform to help deliver growth, simplification and excellence for our sales and commercial partners. 

Key responsibilities include:  

·  Serves as the technical and functional subject matter expert on USCAN SFDC instance 
·  Work as a member of the Digital Sales Platform Team to define and gather business requirements and systems enhancements for the USCAN SFDC system 
·  Proven ability to translate the business requirements for SFDC system and define the functionality for development teams to create enhancements that provide optimal solutions for the business. 
·  Participate in the design and build of the Mobility platform for USCAN sales 
·  Ability to operate in fast paced, Agile Sprint release (4-6 week cycles) environment. 
·  Maintain strong connection with Marketing, Sales and Commercial Excellence teams to ensure tool helps to increase sales productivity and effectiveness with customers.
• Perform needs analysis with Sales teams and stakeholders to determine user challenge areas and system knowledge gaps. 
·  Partner with Commercial Excellence, Commercial Operations IT and Global teams to ensure tool is properly developed and delivered. 
·  Tracks and monitors program status and metrics to ensure milestones and internal/external delivery commitments are met. 
·  Provide support for customer requests/issues and investigate issues related to business process 
·  Identify test criteria and test new functionality/enhancements 
·  Document business process flows and requirements 
·  Set up and assess milestones 
·  Drive the communication around the execution & delivery to all stakeholders up to the highest level of the USCAN organization
Qualifications/Requirements

·  Bachelor’s Degree 
·  5+ years experience in Sales, Sales Operations or Sales Enablement function 
·  Strong experience in Salesforce Communities best practices and methodologies 
·  Proven experience in SFDC 
·  Salesforce Certifications (Admin, Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder) 
·  IT Solution Optimization 
·  CRM Solution experience 
·  Strong experience in Salesforce Communities best practices and methodologies 
·  Flexible and adaptable to learning and understanding new technologies 
·  Excellent written and oral communication skills 
·  Excellent interpersonal skills 
·  Excellent problem-solving, analytical and investigative skills 
·  Ability to conduct research into software-related issues and products 
·  Highly self-motivated and directed 
·  Keen attention to detail 
·  Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
