Role Summary/Purpose

Reporting to the Global Head of Marketing for the Manufacturing business segment, you will work as an integral part of our global team and be responsible for planning & executing Revenue Marketing, Account-based Marketing, and Promotional Events within the North America. Priority industries include Food & Beverage/Consumer Packaged Goods, Automotive, Water / Wastewater, and Heavy Equipment manufacturing.
Essential Responsibilities

Revenue Marketing: Support the Global GE Digital team in charge of lead gen/Account based campaigns & brand awareness activities based on understanding of customer business profile, business strategy, program ROI, and marketing priorities.

·  Lead end-to-end campaign management for the region including inbound and outbound efforts

·  Define an optimal marketing mix for the region balancing existing global campaigns with new purpose-built marketing vehicles and tactics

·  Plan, coordinate and execute field marketing programs including events, webinars, and other marketing vehicles.

·  Contribute to local content strategy for GE Digital in N America

·  Measure and analyze impact of programs on the sales pipeline

Account Based Marketing: support the growth of pipeline and revenue from existing and potential customers in largest and most strategic accounts.

·  Partner closely with sales to understand the challenges and objectives for individual accounts

·  Develop marketing programs that achieve account-specific goals and grow our business in high-priority accounts through an understanding of the buyer’s journey, account team strategies, and customer needs

·  Work with Product Marketing and Creative teams/agencies to create inspiring segment, persona, or account-specific content and programs to support the ABM strategy

·  Design and execute integrated, multi-channel 1:1 and 1:Few ABM campaigns spanning events, email, social media, webinars, and owned/earned/paid tactics

·  Manage program and event execution end-to-end, defining targets and reporting on success measures.

Customer Advocacy & Experience: assist Global team to grow the customer advocate community.

·  Work with Global team to identify and contact a pipeline of customers that can be sourced for prospective reference activities and/or assets; act as a contact point for the regional commercial teams on use of self-service reference materials and processes, such as customer reference calls & site visits; programs and strategy for customer assets.

·  Work with Global AR function to coordinate ad hoc requests within the region for analyst activities, eg sourcing customers for analyst reports, regional analyst briefings etc.
Qualifications/Requirements

·  Bachelor's Degree. A minimum 3 years of professional experience in Marketing Operations, Direct Marketing, Database Marketing.

·  GE Leadership Program Graduates will get credit towards relevant work experience, commensurate to the program they have completed.
