Essential Functions / Responsibilities:

Contribute to sourcing operations through effective contract repository management and data analytics. Drive sourcing initiatives, lead continuous improvement projects, and support the transition from Oracle to SAP (including the implementation of other tools and systems). Manage and maintain the contract repository to ensure accessibility and compliance. Perform necessary data analytics to inform sourcing strategies and decision-making. Lead Continuous Improvement Project initiatives aimed at enhancing sourcing processes and operations. Implement a new Project Performance Report (PPR) solution as part of the migration from Oracle Bravo to SAP Altais. Develop a Wall-to-Wall sales and cost forecasting module in Unifier for small projects. Exercise ownership over quality, costs (as negotiated by sourcing), and on-time delivery of materials and services for projects. Co-own the Engineering Procurement Plan for applicable project scopes. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (e.g., Engineering, Sourcing) to ensure timely delivery of documents (drawings, quotations, etc.) from suppliers. Own and monitor the budget related to materials; establish procurement schedules and conduct periodic progress monitoring. Oversee claim management with suppliers and regularly update suppliers on cash outflows and project milestone recognition related to procurement.  Report monthly progress, supplier claims, and project cost summaries to relevant stakeholders. Support compliance with Quality and Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) rules as applicable to the sourcing function. Assist the Project Procurement Lead (PPL) and North America Operations Leader in achieving overall project targets and compliance.

Qualifications / Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related. Two (2) years of experience in Project Procurement and Logistics Management (PPLM) within the high voltage electrical construction project environment.

Work experience to include: Procurement and Sourcing Management for renewable energy projects; Optimizing supply chain operations using Lean methodologies; Cost Management and Negotiation; Project management; Managing EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) for compliance and leading safety trainings; Engaging with government agencies for regulatory compliance and advocating for financial incentives that support renewable energy initiatives; SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP); and Contract management to include: Risk Mitigation, Enterprise Risk Management, Planning and Controls Setup, Sourcing, and Procurement Optimization. Approximately 25% domestic and 10% international travel to unanticipated project and supplier sites to support process and operational improvements; review design details, tooling specifications, and material properties; and to negotiate pricing and contracts. For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $150,010-$173,500 annually. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 10% variable incentive compensation. For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $94,600.00 and $157,700.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
