Role Summary/Purpose

We are looking for growth-oriented individuals in the area ofProject Management, Operations and Administration.
Essential Responsibilities

·  work with project managers of Installation for organizing projects (installation of medical devices and systems)
·  ensure compliance with projects’ contractual requirements, timelines and local regulations 
·  facilitate the communication with project stakeholders 
·  review tender requirements and follow up on project management related perspective 
·  answer business needs

Please note this is 12 months internship. We require availability 30 h/week as a minimum.
Qualifications/Requirements

·  Active status of the student is a must , student of II, III or IV year of studies 
·  Relevant education background (Biomedical engineering, Medical Physics and Biophysics and/or Business Management, Project Management)
·  Experience in a Customer service / administrative role. 
·  Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook. 
·  Fluency in English and Polish
