Role Summary/Purpose

As the Project Management Analyst you will work with project & program managers members, participating in all aspects of the planning and implementation of relevant initiatives for the business. Help to develop, coordinate and/or manage relevant simplification initiatives, project tools, process and deliverables.

Essential Responsibilities

·  Design, manage & administer project support tools with emphasis on Excel and reporting tools
Provide project management, support across key initiatives
·  Create plans for specific deliverables or processes
·  Support project execution: perform assigned tasks, including documenting requirements,
assisting with testing & training, as required
·  Monitor & report on progress
·  Work with project teams to support cross functional activities; look for improvement & integration
opportunities
·  Assist the project manager with relevant coordination activities

Additional Eligibility Qualifications

Qualifications/Requirements

·  Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college in a relevant field of study (or a high
school diploma/GED or equivalent with at least 2 years of experience
·  Minimum 2 years experience in a project management/process improvement/quality role or in
the relevant functional area
