Role Summary/Purpose

The Project Engineer (f/m) is responsible for the technical configuration of the Gas Insulated Substation (GIS). The Project Engineer supports the Project Manager throughout full process of the projects, especially with project documentation and technical expertise.
Essential Responsibilities

·  Reading and correct interpretation of the customer specifications and of tendering documents 
·  Translate customer requirements into technically feasible and commercially realistic concepts 
·  Configure primary systems via our product configurator 
·  Participate to kick-off and transfer meetings 
·  Provide technical expertise and support in the area of ​​primary technology for all sort of internal stakeholder 
·  Creation of customer documentation 
·  Support in implementation of tools to create customer documents in an automated way
Qualifications/Requirements

·  Technical apprenticeship and on top a degree as Engineer or Technician (BSc welcome) in electrical or mechanical engineering or equivalent knowledge / experience
·  Experience in being a key technical contributor in customer-projects 
·  Ideally, experience with our product, Gas Insulated Substations, GIS or other kind of high-voltage switchgear 
·  Computer skills (office package, etc.) 
·  Independent, structured working method and good communication skills 
·  Language skills French and English, German of advantage
