Role Summary/Purpose

The role of the Production Facilitator is to manage daily time and attendance systems plus job hours bookings. This role includes the logging of EHS reporting such as Stop Works, Risk Assessments, Concern Reports and ATS.

Other duties include coordinating resolution of constraints, route cause analysis, continuous
improvement and management of training schedules.

Essential Responsibilities

·  Assist and manage labour time booking through AS400 and Kronos

·  Daily job card input and monitoring accurate time booking to projects

·  Review standard V actual's labour hours review for correct labour time booking

·  Manage labour workflows to control responsibility for cost of poor quality and drive correct labour hours booking

·  Manage time and attendance and all shift holiday patterns

·  Review manning & competencies for all Quality Control inspectors and apprentices

·  Manage along with lead hand, coaching and mentoring for team including apprentices

·  Accountable for training and competence, assist Inspectors and apprentices with competency records

·  Assist lead hands with Environment Health & Safety protocol and safety procedures

·  Control and revise new Safety Risk Assessments

·  Ensure team raise global rejection reports as per process and drive quality control action when required

·  Create housekeeping schedules for all shifts and drive completion

·  Assist Lead Hands and inspectors with appraisal compilation and delivery

·  Assist in daily production handover plan

·  Manage training plans for new starts and existing employees

·  Assist Lead Hands with the new start probationary reviews

·  Become the focal point for all QC related action workouts and drive inspector engagement

·  Assist Lead Hands for closure of all action tracking and customer requests to meet monthly and quarterly metrics

·  Attend monthly safety meeting and drive inspector/lead hand engagement
Qualifications/Requirements

·  Proven experience in a similar role in a manufacturing environment
